To parents…I primarily work with children and would love to get to know your kiddo.  I’ll do my best to make therapy an appointment your child will look forward to!

To teens and young adults…I have valued mental wellness for as long as I can remember and would love to collaborate with those striving for mental wellness! Together, we can create goals to help you get where you want to be. Going into sessions, I like to hear how you view any challenges you may be facing, as you are the expert on your life and experiences! I prefer to let you set the pace, so during sessions with me, you can decide what you would like to discuss or not discuss! I would love to be able to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, validated, and appreciated for your strength.  I am experienced helping with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders and am an LGBTQ+  supporter and ally.
