Meet our Team

I have a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a specialization in Military Social Work as well as a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of mental health experience working with children and families. I have training in DBT therapy including SPARCS for teens, treatment of child and adult ADHD, LGBTQ and PTSD. I have been a certified Teaching Family Model trainer for foster parents and I am a trained Trauma Therapist.

My philosophy is that Laughter is the best medicine, Everyone needs Mantras, Music is a Love Language, and we all have Strengths. I hope to help you and your family find love, laughter and strength.
