  • Therapeutic Alternatives Mobile Crisis- 1-877-626-1772 (Available at any time)
  • The Hope Center for Youth and Families- 400 W. Ransom St., Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. The Hope Center also offers mobile crisis responses for youth ages 3–20 in Wake, Johnston, Orange, and Durham Counties. You can call 484-215-6756 during a crisis.
  • Monarch Wake Behavioral Health Urgent Care-919-703-2845. They provide same-day walk-in care Mon-Thu 8 am- 10pm, and Last patients are registered one hour before closing. Location: 319 Chapanoke Road, Suite 120, Raleigh, NC 27603
