Discover meaningful change through over 32 years of therapeutic experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work. Specializing in therapy for adults and older adults (age 18 plus) navigating neurodivergence (autism), intellectual disabilities, dementia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life challenges. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Training, which encompasses emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
