Meet our Team

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults through individual and group therapy. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, incorporating CBT, DBT skills, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care based on each client’s needs. I also provide Christian counseling for clients who would like to incorporate faith, Scripture, and prayer into the therapeutic process.

My goal is to create a safe and encouraging space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build healthier coping skills, recognize their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and purpose.
