Jeannie Lee, RN, MS, LMFTA

Hello! I’m Jeannie

Are you feeling stuck in a relationship and are constantly having the same fights? Or maybe you’re single and find yourself falling into the same negative relationship patterns over and over again?

Perhaps you feel like you never got the support you needed as a child and are not getting the support you need from the people around you today. Relationships can have a significant impact on your overall well-being.

Sometimes the lack of balance in your relationships can cause you to feel alone, anxious, or angry. That’s because you give and give but do not get what you need in return. This can be very painful and make the rest of life feeling difficult too. Using the principles of Contextual Therapy as a framework, we can work together to help you build healthier and more satisfying relationships with the people in your life. As we uncover the unique factors that are influencing you and your relationships, we can learn ways to restore relational balance and build security and trust. This may involve learning how to communicate more effectively, how to set boundaries, or how to resolve conflict.

I’ve worked with many individuals, couples, and families struggling with relational and emotional distress. My job is to provide a calm and supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is compassionate and nonjudgmental. By doing so, I hope to empower you to identify and make the positive changes you need to start feeling your best!

I can’t wait to hear your story and be part of your healing journey!
